Job summary

Adver.info in New York, NY is seeking an energetic Assistant Field Representative to join our construction team. You will report to the project manager, read drawings, and ensure accurate daily field reports while maintaining safety standards.

This on-site role runs from 6:00 am to 2:30 pm, requires clear communication with client representatives, adherence to protocols, and collaboration with an Union labor force.

A DOB SST Card is a plus; reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to read drawings and understand specifications.
• DOB SST Card or safety certifications are a plus.
• Reliable transportation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Problem solver under the direction of the project manager.

Responsibilities

• Write accurate daily field reports including pre-shift meeting reports
• Follow direction from Project Manager
• Communicate clearly and professionally with client representatives on a daily basis under the direction of the project manager
• Follow established protocols, compliance standards, and safety procedures
• Work location is an active job site, daily from 6 am to 2:30 pm
• Work with an Union labor force
