Job summary

Adver.info is seeking an Assistant Construction Project Manager in New York with 2 years of experience in residential and commercial interior renovation projects. You will produce weekly photo logs, track daily crew sign-ins, and enforce site safety protocols.

Responsibilities include managing RFIs and submittals, attending site walkthroughs and meetings, and producing shop drawings/sketches in AutoCAD. Proficiency with Excel, Word, and Outlook is required.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of construction experience in residential and commercial interior renovations.
• Proficient in AutoCAD and able to produce shop drawings and sketches.
• Familiar with Excel, Word and Outlook.
• OSHA certification holder.

Responsibilities

• Produce and manage photo logs of all projects weekly.
• Manage daily employees sign in log.
• Implement site safety program.
• Manage and track RFIs, submittals, updated drawings, etc.
• Attend walkthroughs and job site meetings.
