Job summary

Black & Veatch Corporation is hiring a Field Procurement Representative to support onsite construction projects near Bogalusa, LA. You will collaborate with field teams, project management, and suppliers to secure materials and services, while ensuring compliance with company processes and project schedules.

The role emphasizes coordination across disciplines, adherence to safety and procurement controls, and on-site execution in a dynamic construction environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) years experience without a degree.
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Purchasing, Business, Construction Management, or a related field (or equivalent field procurement experience).
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support for construction, industrial, or capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Source project materials, equipment, rentals, and services as requisitioned and execute purchase orders.
• Prepare documents for bidding, evaluation, negotiations, and pre/post-award activities for field procurement.
• Ensure pricing, scope, delivery requirements, and terms align with requisitions and contracts.
