Job summary

Overland Contracting (a Black & Veatch company) is seeking a Field Procurement Representative to support onsite construction projects near Bogalusa, LA. You will source materials, manage requisitions, and coordinate with project teams to ensure timely deliveries and compliance across contracts and policies.

The role is site-based, long-term, with a focus on field procurement execution, supplier management, and documentation while operating in a collaborative, safety‑driven environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Purchasing, Business, Construction Management, or related field.
• Experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain support for construction, industrial, or capital projects.

Responsibilities

• Source project materials, equipment, rentals, and services; issue purchase orders for on-site activities.
• Prepare bidding documents, evaluations, and post-award activities for field procurement.
• Coordinate with field teams to understand near-term and long-term procurement needs; support expediting and delivery coordination.
