Accelevation in Fargo, North Dakota is seeking a Field Materials Handler to support receiving, processing incoming products, picking and filling customer orders, and loading trucks, ensuring efficient warehouse operations as we scale.

The role requires forklift experience, ERP familiarity, strong organization and clear communication, with a focus on safety and accuracy in a fast-paced, onsite environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in a warehouse, shipping, or materials handling role.
• Forklift experience required.
• Experience with ERP systems and basic computer and data entry skills.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and follow through on assignments.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the administration of shipping and receiving of truck loads, checking in merchandise, and matching purchase orders.
• File requests for materials, tools, or other stock items.
• Perform daily cycle counts.
• Clear and manage the materials queue in Epicor.
• Ensure the warehouse and other storage spaces are accessible and safe for employees and customers.
• Pull parts for customer orders.
• Load and unload trucks with materials and supplies.
• Inventory, organize and label items within the warehouse or storage spaces.
• Clean work area and remove trash daily.
