Job summary

Border States in Grand Forks, ND is seeking a warehouse associate to support material handling, site organization, and logistics planning for customer operations. Duties include delivering, staging, and loading BSE orders, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safe, efficient warehouse practices.

The role emphasizes in-person work with safety compliance, strong communication, and coordination with multiple departments to resolve stock issues and support daily operations.

Qualifications

• Two-year business/trade degree or equivalent work experience.
• Prior warehouse distribution experience including forklift operation is preferred.
• If driving, candidate must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Organize and eliminate old stock and scrap in customer's warehouse and yard.
• Deliver and stage orders to customer's warehouse/yards.
• Load larger orders onto customer's trailers.
• Ensure orders are delivered, staged, and loaded as required.
• Maintain warehouse and stock locations; keep area neat and orderly.
• Inform relevant departments of stock outs and inventory discrepancies.
