Job summary

Thermo Systems is seeking an on-site Site Manager in Montgomery, AL to lead field installation activities, coordinate with the Project Manager, and ensure safe, high-quality execution. You will oversee drawing control, issue resolution, and collaboration with subcontractors and customer representatives to keep projects on plan.

The role requires strong leadership, knowledge of electrical/industrial installations, and a proactive safety mindset.

Qualifications

• Background in electrical installation, industrial controls, or related construction leadership.
• Experience coordinating third-party electrical contractors on GC-controlled sites.
• Familiarity with change management processes and documentation (RFIs, redlines, as-builts).
• OSHA-10/30, NCCER certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day on-site coordination for installation activities, ensuring safety and quality.
• Promote a safety-first culture and escalate unsafe conditions immediately.
• Manage schedule progress and coordinate daily/weekly field meetings.
• Maintain version-controlled installation drawings and support change orders.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and engineering for field conditions and handover.
