Job summary

MOHR Talent is seeking an Automation Maintenance Technician to support aerospace/defense automated manufacturing with Fanuc robotics. You will troubleshoot robotic systems, electrical and mechanical issues, PLC-controlled equipment, and assist with new product introductions on automated lines.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in robotic or automated systems maintenance, strong electrical and mechanical skills, and the ability to read schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Technical degree, trade school or certification in related field preferred.
• Fanuc robotics or industrial maintenance certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain robotic systems and automation equipment.
• Diagnose electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and control issues to reduce downtime.
• Read electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, PLC logic, and manuals.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on robotic cells and related equipment.
• Support Fanuc systems, including alarm troubleshooting and basic program adjustments.
• Install and troubleshoot industrial wiring, sensors, motors, and safety devices.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve uptime.
