Job summary
Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Facility Specialist for our Casa Grande, AZ team. This role manages hazardous and chemical waste programs on-site, ensuring compliance with regulations and coordinating with facility management.
You will gain hands-on experience in waste handling, safety training, and regulatory coordination, supporting a broad range of environmental services in higher education, life sciences, healthcare, and industrial sectors.
Qualifications
- BS/BA in Environmental Science or Business-related degree required OR 2+ years of industry experience.
- Ability to work as a team or individually.
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills preferred.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
- Must lift up to 60 pounds and be able to work overtime/flex hours.
Responsibilities
- Manage hazardous and chemical waste programs on-site.
- Waste characterization, consolidation, packing, shipping.
- Training on chemical safety and waste management.
- Coordinate outbound shipments and transporters.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, RCRA, and DOT requirements.
- Assist Plant Manager and facility operations as needed.
- Operate waste tracking systems and support ER testing.
