Triumvirate Environmental seeks an Environmental Specialist II to support Lab & Onsite Services at client sites in the Mesa, AZ area, with the Casa Grande location as base. You will manage hazardous waste programs and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering safety-focused service on-site.

Responsibilities include waste prep, inspections, spill response, and on-call rotations. Strong communication, teamwork, and OSHA knowledge are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in hazardous-waste industry or relevant military background.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities for client interactions.
• Ability to analyze complex issues and implement solutions.
• Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop understanding of OSHA regulations and health and safety practices.
• Prepare chemical and biological waste for shipment and disposal, including documentation.
• Safely handle hazardous waste containers on client sites and manage waste transport.
• Conduct safety equipment inspections and hazardous waste inspections.
• Occasionally perform EHS audits for clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and innovative solutions.
• Develop regulatory expertise to meet client compliance needs (RCRA, DOT, OSHA).
• Conduct spill response assessments and cleanup efforts.
• Rotating on-call responsibilities as part of Emergency Response (optional).
