Union Depot is seeking an Onsite Facility Manager to lead daily operations at our Phoenix facility. You will ensure high service quality, manage maintenance programs, and uphold contract requirements while fostering strong client relationships.

Ideal candidate is a proven leader with experience managing large teams in complex facilities, and is adept with CMMS data and reporting to drive continuous improvement. Semiconductor or manufacturing environments are preferred.

The Onsite Facility Manager serves as the primary point of contact for all facility management services and is responsible for ensuring high service quality, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement across assigned facilities. This role oversees daily operations, manages staff performance, and ensures all contract requirements are met while maintaining strong client relationships.

The Onsite Facility Manager will manage preventative and predictive maintenance programs, oversee operational teams, and ensure accurate facility data and reporting through CMMS systems. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing large teams within complex facility environments.

Experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, semiconductor, or battery production facilities is highly preferred.
