Job summary

Union Depot in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Facility Manager responsible for all facility management services and operations. The FM is the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations and will build a team of maintenance staff and contractors to achieve 100% availability of mission-critical infrastructure.

The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and continuous improvement through setting expectations for staff development and learning.

Job description

The Facility Manager has overall responsibility for all aspects of facility management services and/or operations. The FM is the primary point of contact for day-to-day operations. They will create an unwavering attitude and commitment to safety and reliability within the client environment as they build a team of Maintenance Technicians, Assistant Facility Managers, Handypersons, and outside contractors capable of achieving the goal of 100% availability of mission-critical infrastructure. The FM will continually improve operations by setting expectations for staff learning and development.

Compensation:$98,000.00 annual salary (DOE)

The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data.

401(k) – You become eligible to make personal contributions beginning the first of the month following 30 days of employment. You become eligible for the ABM match beginning the first of the month following six months of employment. ABM matches your pre-tax and/or Roth contributions, dollar for dollar, for the first 3%. For the next 2%, ABM contributes $0.50 for each dollar you contribute. Your contributions and match are immediately vested.
