Job summary

Moog in Mineral Wells, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform troubleshooting, repair and preventive maintenance on facility systems, including HVAC and electrical equipment. The role requires hands-on tasks from plumbing to welding and a strong focus on safety and RCCA.

You will report to the Facility Supervisor and work onsite, with a schedule Monday–Thursday, 10-hour shifts in Mineral Wells. A background in manufacturing facilities and relevant trade certifications are highly

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of facilities and/or maintenance management experience in manufacturing.
• Preferred HVAC, plumbing or related trade certifications.
• Hazardous materials (HAZMAT) training or certification is a plus.
• Ability to read electrical schematics and drawings.
• Strong problem-solving and RCCA capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic plumbing, painting, building maintenance, welding and fabrication.
• Diagnose and repair HVAC and electrical equipment.
• Interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
• Safely work at heights with ladders and lifts.
• Operate a forklift to move equipment and supplies.
• Run monthly and weekly safety equipment inspections.
• Respond to hazardous chemical spills as first responder.
