Job summary

Union Depot is seeking an Onsite Facility Manager to lead daily operations at our Phoenix facility. You will ensure high service quality, manage maintenance programs, and uphold contract requirements while fostering strong client relationships.

Ideal candidate is a proven leader with experience managing large teams in complex facilities, and is adept with CMMS data and reporting to drive continuous improvement. Semiconductor or manufacturing environments are preferred.

• Strong leadership and people-management abilities.
• Experience with CMMS/data reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily facility operations and staff performance.
• Ensure all contract requirements are met and maintain client relationships.
• Lead preventative/predictive maintenance programs and reporting.
