Job summary

Anteris Technologies in Maple Grove, Minnesota, is seeking a detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to support daily operations across office, laboratory, manufacturing, and warehouse spaces. You will manage facility requests, coordinate maintenance, and serve as the primary contact for vendors, contractors, and employees to ensure a safe, efficient workplace.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination or related role.
• Experience coordinating vendors and service providers.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Facilities Operations: manage requests, track work orders, support office, lab, manufacturing, and common areas.
• Vendor Management: oversee third-party service providers, schedule preventive maintenance, manage contracts and invoices.
• Security & Badge Administration: administer badges, manage access permissions, maintain records.
• Purchasing & Administrative Support: handle purchasing, budgeting support, and administrative reporting.
• Customer Service: be the primary contact for employee facility questions and foster positive relationships.
