Job summary

Anteris Technologies in Maple Grove, MN, is seeking a meticulous Facilities Coordinator to support day-to-day operations across office, lab, manufacturing and warehouse spaces.

You will manage the facilities inbox, coordinate maintenance, handle vendor relationships, and assist with office moves and security badge administration. The role reports to the Facilities Director and offers competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of experience in facilities coordination or related operational support role.
• Experience coordinating vendors and service providers.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation with a proactive approach.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the Facilities department inbox and route facility requests.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and track work orders through completion.
• Support daily operations of office, laboratory, manufacturing, and warehouse spaces.
• Assist with office moves, workspace setup, and facility improvement projects.
• Maintain organized records and files related to facility operations.
