Job summary

The Hiring Method, LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Facilities Project Manager to lead the rapid development and launch of a new 150,000-square-foot facility in Tulsa, OK.

This hands-on role requires coordinating design, permitting, construction, equipment installation, commissioning, and site readiness with engineering, manufacturing, maintenance, EHS, IT, and site leadership. Travel to Wichita is expected during the initial phase.

Qualifications

• Experience building, expanding, launching, or renovating a manufacturing facility
• Experience managing project scopes, schedules, budgets
• Coordinate contractors, engineers, and local agencies onsite
• Knowledge of permitting, building codes, and compliance
• Experience with equipment installation and commissioning

Responsibilities

• Lead facility and capital projects from planning through closeout
• Support buildout and launch of a 150,000-square-foot facility
• Develop scopes, schedules, budgets, and bid packages
• Manage contractors, vendors, and service providers
• Coordinate permitting, codes, inspections, and infrastructure
• Oversee equipment installation, commissioning, and site readiness
• Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Maintenance, EHS, IT, and site leadership
• Track schedules, budgets, risks, milestones; report to senior leadership
• Ensure projects are safe, on schedule, within budget, compliant
