Job summary

Frey Consulting Group seeks a hands-on Manufacturing Facilities Project Manager to lead the design, construction, and start-up of a new 150,000-square-foot facility in Tulsa, OK. The role requires coordinating engineers, contractors, and vendors, ensuring site readiness and production readiness.

The ideal candidate brings experience with manufacturing facilities, strong leadership, and ability to work onsite with some travel to Wichita, KS for training and kickoff activities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing or industrial facility projects from planning through closeout.
• Strong background in facilities engineering, plant engineering, or capital projects.
• Experience coordinating contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Understanding of industrial construction, utilities, and facility systems.
• Experience supporting equipment installation and commissioning.
• Knowledge of permitting, codes, inspections, and local compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead facility and capital projects from planning to commissioning and closeout.
• Support buildout and launch of a 150,000 sq ft manufacturing, testing, and office facility.
• Develop project scopes, schedules, budgets, cost estimates, specifications, and bid packages.
• Manage contractors, consultants, vendors, and service providers across the lifecycle.
• Coordinate permitting, codes, inspections, infrastructure requirements, and compliance.
