Job summary

Raytheon in Woburn, MA is seeking a custodial teammate to maintain a clean, safe workspace on first shift. This onsite position runs 6:00am–2:30pm and requires ability to follow verbal and written instructions with a strong emphasis on safety and daily housekeeping.

You will perform sweeping, mopping, floor care, polishing desks, restroom sanitation, waste disposal, and basic maintenance of tools and equipment. Must have 1 year custodial experience and eligibility for required clearances.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year related custodial experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform custodial cleaning duties including sweeping, dry and wet mopping, stripping floors and polishing surfaces.
• Clean and polish desks and office furniture; wash walls, windows and light fixtures reachable from ground.
• Maintain sanitary conditions of washrooms and restrooms; dispose of general waste and recycling.
• Move containers to collection areas; sweep outside adjacent areas; maintain a clean work area.
• Follow safety rules; maintain records; operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums and floor machines.
