Qualifications

• Strong understanding of building systems including HVAC and electrical distribution.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Own the operation and maintenance of facility systems.
• Develop and manage preventive maintenance programs.
• Lead facility improvement and expansion projects.
