YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer for the 1st shift to support and enhance manufacturing processes. The role involves addressing production issues, developing new processes, and ensuring equipment functionality while adhering to safety regulations.

The position requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience, along with strong problem-solving skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications. A competitive salary of $76,000 – $105,000 is offered, along with a benefits package.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of progressive hands-on manufacturing engineering experience.
• Knowledge of financial controls and product costing.
• Previous experience in related managerial roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support current manufacturing and continuous improvement processes.
• Develop solutions for production problems with processes and tooling.
• Manage capital equipment planning and procurement activities.
• Coordinate new product development and cost reduction activities.
• Participate in and lead Kaizen events.
