The ideal candidate will possess strong HVAC knowledge, critical thinking skills, and at least 5 years of industry experience. Salary ranges from $67,000 to $93,000, with a comprehensive benefits package including a 401(k) and medical coverage.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of technical education in electronics, electrical engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of industry experience in commercial building automation.
• Ability to work flexible shifts and participate in on-call rotations.

Responsibilities

• Perform service on Building Management Systems (BMS) and controls.
• Diagnose and repair elements of the controls system.
• Adjust BMS parameters and modify control programs.
