Job summary

YDU JC Air Cond & Ref Inc.- Dubai is looking for a Production Supervisor to lead a dedicated team in our Lubbock, TX plant. You will drive production goals while fostering a culture of safety, quality, and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a university degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, with responsibility for directing workflow, resolving production issues, and maintaining accurate records. Competitive salary range is between $85,000 and $100,000.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience or a 2-year degree and 8 years of relevant experience.
• Previous experience as a Production Supervisor in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct a work team to meet daily production schedules.
• Facilitate team workflow and resolve problems.
• Control costs and optimize production efficiency.
• Assist in accident investigation and corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate production and employee records.
