Job summary

Parexel International is seeking a dedicated CRES Coordinator to join the Glendale, CA site on a Monday–Friday schedule, onsite in a dynamic Early Phase Clinical Unit. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe, efficient workplace and ensure facilities operate smoothly to support patients and staff.

Responsibilities include managing vendor relations, inventory, shipping/receiving, and office moves, while upholding safety, compliance, and high-quality service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities coordination and office operations.
• Baseline knowledge of safety practices and building systems.
• Vendor management and budget tracking familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Respond to facility service requests and troubleshoot issues.
• Coordinate vendors and site access; support maintenance repairs.
• Monitor facility needs and contribute to preventive maintenance.
• Manage inventories for facility, office, kitchen, and janitorial supplies.
• Process orders, maintain records, and assist with budget tracking.
• Support shipping/receiving and deliveries coordination.
• Assist with office moves and workspace reconfigurations.
• Support rooms, meetings, and events requiring facility coordination.
• Assist with safety procedures and emergency documentation.
• Provide receptionist backup to ensure a positive employee experience.
