Job summary

Form Energy is seeking an EHS Technician for its Weirton, WV facility to support the EHS program and safety culture. You will work with the EHS Manager to implement best practices, respond to incidents, and help maintain a safe, compliant workplace.

The role requires 4+ years in EHS, strong communication, and ability to handle hazardous materials and equipment. Onsite work with growth potential at a fast-moving energy tech company.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in an EHS role
• Cross-functional collaboration and ability to drive results
• Ability to move objects up to 50 pounds
• Familiarity with OSHA 1910 and regulatory requirements
• Hazard analysis, incident investigation, risk assessment experience
• HAZWOPER/RCRA/DOT/IATA certifications preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage Haz-waste on site
• Respond to chemical spills
• Operate powered industrial vehicles
• Ensure day-to-day compliance with EHS policies and regulations
• Perform environmental and safety inspections
• Deliver EHS training and assist in incident investigations
• Lead safety team activities and coordinate training content
