Job summary

Optimized Process Designs, LLC (OPD) is a Koch Engineered Solutions company providing engineering, procurement and construction services nationwide. We seek an Expeditor to coordinate and expedite material flow on the Mt.

Belvieu, TX jobsite, ensuring materials meet production schedules and safety requirements. The role requires reading drawings, handling pipe and fittings, and meeting tight deadlines within a team.

Qualifications

• Experience with pipe, valves, and fittings in gas plant construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and material specifications.
• Willing to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Must participate in mandatory safety meetings.
• Physically able to perform demanding field tasks.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and expedite flow of materials within the jobsite according to production and shipping schedules.
• Examine material delivered to jobsite for damages.
• Arrange on-site transfer of materials to meet production schedules.
• Maintain status and location of materials.
• Monitor and control movement of material upon arrival to the site.
• Be a team player with customer focus in decision making.
• Serve as a safety role model for the team.
• Enforce OPD and client safety policies and procedures on the jobsite.
