Optimized Process Designs, LLC (OPD) is seeking a Material Helper for a Baytown II, TX jobsite. The role involves examining incoming materials for damages, tracking materials, and coordinating on-site transfers to align with production schedules.

Candidates should be prepared for outdoor work, follow safety policies, and participate in team-based tasks. Prior experience in construction or supply chain is helpful; OPD emphasizes a strong safety culture and effective collaboration.

Qualifications

• Able and willing to work in a fast paced, demanding environment with critical deadlines
• Highly motivated with excellent problem-solving skills
• Must be willing and able to meet all physical demands of the job
• Must be able and willing to attend mandatory safety meetings
• Willingness and ability to work in a team environment with a customer focus
• Must be willing and able to travel and work up to 12 hours a day, 7 days a week when required

• Examine material delivered to jobsite for damages
• Maintain status and location of materials
• Arrange on site transfer of materials to meet production schedules
• Maintain status and location of materials
• Monitor and control movement of material upon arrival to the site
