Fooda is seeking an energetic Event Coordinator in North Carolina to support onsite food events and assist with operations across multiple restaurants. You will set up, tear down, and maintain equipment, while also serving as a backup cashier and delivering items as needed.

You should enjoy working with customers, be tech-savvy, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Prior catering or serving experience is preferred and authorized work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in catering or serving preferred.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced start-up environment.

Responsibilities

• Onsite setup/teardown and event support to ensure quality customer experience.
• Serve as back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés when needed.
• Transport equipment/food to sites and troubleshoot POS/tech issues.
• Provide real-time onsite customer service and resolve issues promptly.
• Assist with promotions, app coaching, and site audits.
