Fooda is seeking an Event Coordinator in markets across the United States to support client rosters. Responsibilities include onsite setup and teardown, cashier backup, and driver duties for equipment and food deliveries.

You’ll gain fluency with Fooda’s technology and SOPs while delivering exceptional customer service. Ideal candidates will have hospitality or events experience, enjoy interacting with customers, and be comfortable in a fast-paced startup.

Responsibilities

• Onsite setup/tear down, clean equipment, problem-solve, ensure high-quality customer experience.
• Back-up cashier at Fooda Cafés when team members are unavailable.
• Driver duties, delivering equipment and food to sites.
• Learn Fooda’s technology and standard operating procedures.
• Resolve issues like incorrect orders, late deliveries, and miscommunications.
• Troubleshoot POS, onsite tech, and TV menu boards.
• Conduct onsite promotions and mobile app coaching.
• Provide real-time customer service to resolve issues directly with customers.
• Audit restaurant event setups for consistency and quality.
