Energy Systems Group is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to join our Operations Services team at the Fort Bragg Facility in Fayetteville, NC. This onsite role will oversee ESPC-based maintenance, lead a team of technicians, and ensure compliance with safety and performance standards.

You will coordinate with government personnel, develop maintenance plans, and manage timely completion of preventive and corrective maintenance across equipment, ensuring reliability and service quality for U.S.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and corrective maintenance of ESPC equipment on Fort Bragg.
• Supervise personnel and ensure training and tool availability.
• Coordinate with Contracting Officer and Facilities Managers for maintenance planning and reporting.
• Lead safety planning and ensure permits and hazard analyses are conducted.

Education

OSHA 10 Training

Associate’s degree or technical degree
