Job summary

Energy Systems Group (ESG) is looking for a Service Order Supervisor for the Fort Bragg Dining Facilities to lead operations in service dispatch, maintenance reporting, and procurement activities. This position requires on-site work with occasional travel, including weekends and overnight stays up to 20% of the time.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement, leadership experience, and familiarity with CMMS software, alongside comprehensive benefits including health, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Three or more years of related experience with procurement activities and computer maintenance management systems.
• Five or more years of utilizing computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a supervisor of repair response and service dispatching.
• Manage maintenance service dispatching operations.
• Process work orders and tasks.
• Frequently communicate with customers.
• Act as key custodian and liaison between ESG, the federal government, and subcontractors.
• Monitor subcontractor schedules and work.
• Maintain equipment records and various control systems.
