Job summary

ENERGY SYSTEMS GROUP is seeking an on-site Maintenance Supervisor for the Ft. Bragg facility in Fayetteville, NC. You will supervise operations and corrective maintenance under ESPC contracts, meeting with government personnel and ensuring safety and reliability of equipment.

You will lead technicians, coordinate preventive maintenance, and develop plans with clear responsibilities. This role requires hands-on leadership and strong collaboration with the Facilities Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Five years of related experience on commercial/residential equipment and ESPCs or equivalent training.
• OSHA 10 Training is required.

Responsibilities

• Ensure ESPC equipment is available and operating through daily inspections, adjustments, tests, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform or manage corrective maintenance to ensure reliability and operability.
• Lead and mentor Ft. Bragg ESPC maintenance teams; provide field direction and after-hours support as needed.
• Coordinate service orders and report activities to Facilities Manager for documentation.
• Develop maintenance plans, schedules, safety reviews, and tool/material requirements for ESPC equipment.
