Job summary

Lennar Title is seeking an Escrow Closing Assistant to join our on-site team. You will assist in reviewing commitments, ordering estoppels, payoffs, clearing title requirements, and preparing CD settlement statements while ensuring homebuyers’ satisfaction.

The role involves welcoming guests, handling clerical tasks, and supporting in marketing efforts to retain clients. Experience with Microsoft Office is required, and a high school diploma is needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Reception and/or customer service training preferred
• Microsoft Office experience required

Responsibilities

• Ability to process cash, loan, refinance and other transactions, independently, from contract execution to closing
• Ability to spot potential closing issues and resolve timely and professionally
• Prioritizes and meets deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Performs assigned clerical duties
• Regularly monitors office supplies and orders needed supplies
• Maintains the log books
• Printer and copier administration and maintenance
• Mailing, postage and distribution of mail
