Job summary

Lennar Title is seeking an on-site Escrow Closing Assistant to support every step from contract to closing. You will review commitments, order estoppels, payoffs, clear title requirements, and prepare CD settlement statements, ensuring our homebuyers receive outstanding service.

You'll welcome visitors, handle clerical tasks, manage logs, and provide polished phone support while maintaining a positive image of Lennar Title.

Qualifications

• Reception and/or customer service training preferred
• Microsoft Office experience required
• Ability to process transactions from contract to closing

Responsibilities

• Process cash, loan, refinance and other transactions from contract to closing
• Spot potential closing issues and resolve timely and professionally
• Prioritize and meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks
• Perform assigned clerical duties
• Maintain log books
• Printer and copier maintenance
• Mailing, postage and distribution of mail
