Lennar Title is seeking an Escrow Closing Assistant to join our Reno, NV team. This on-site role supports review of commitments, orders estoppels, clears title requirements, and prepares CD settlement statements.

Qualifications

• Reception and/or customer service training helpful.
• Microsoft Office experience required.
• High School diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Process cash, loan, refinance and other transactions from contract execution to closing.
• Spot potential closing issues and resolve timely and professionally.
• Prioritize and meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
• Perform assigned clerical duties.
• Monitor office supplies and reorder as needed.
• Maintain log books.
• Printer and copier administration and maintenance.
• Mailing, postage and distribution of mail.
