Job summary

Westminster Title Agency, a Toll Brothers company, seeks an Escrow Assistant to join our title and settlement office in Roseville, California. Assist escrow officers to facilitate closing, prepare documents, balance and post-close files, and disburse funds in compliance with law.

This onsite role requires strong attention to detail and ability to work with multiple parties. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years of experience; escrow certification may be needed in some states and notary certification

Qualifications

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to follow established guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Detail oriented with good time management and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and communicate between all parties to transaction.
• Obtain and/or prepare all closing documents necessary to effectuate settlement.
• Prepare the Closing Statement (HUD) and related documents as necessary.
• Disburse, balance and post close files after closing.
• Conduct closings as allowed by local, state and federal law.
• Other duties as may be assigned by management.
