Loud And Live is seeking a dependable Facilities & Equestrian Center Manager to oversee daily operation, maintenance, safety, and readiness of the Tropical Park Equestrian Center and associated venue facilities.

This on-site role requires leadership of stable operations, equestrian facilities, grounds maintenance, venue upkeep, and operational readiness for both everyday use and special events.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in facility management or related fields.
• Experience overseeing barns, stables, arenas, or equestrian facilities preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and event schedules as needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead on-site management of the equestrian center, barns, arenas.
• Coordinate maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and readiness of facilities.
• Support event setup, execution, and post-event wrap.
• Monitor compliance with county requirements.
• Oversee groundskeeping and equipment upkeep.
