Job summary

You will coordinate resources, supervise site teams, and serve as main contact to resolve issues and protect project profitability. You will work with clients, subcontractors and the sales team to propose compliant waste management solutions, with emphasis on RCRA, DOT and TSCA regulations.

Qualifications

• Regulatory knowledge for environmental waste industry and best practices.
• Solid understanding of safety practices, industrial hygiene, and hazardous waste handling.
• Analytical, organized, and problem-solving abilities with technical aptitude.
• Ability to work under pressure and exercise independent judgment.
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform onsite regulatory inspections and participate in plant committees.
• Assist customers in establishing recycling and waste reduction programs.
• Provide data and reporting aligned with contract specifications.
• Offer guidance on RCRA, DOT, TSCA and other regulations.
• Monitor subcontractor services for quality and compliance.
• Support the implementation of technical systems and software.
• Provide end-user training and support.
• Collaborate with sales to propose compliant solutions and grow business.
