Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental seeks a Program Manager for its Midwest Operations team. The role leads client-site operations in Brighton, MI, focusing on safety compliance, day-to-day management, and profitability of the hazardous waste and safety program.

The position reports to an Operations Manager and requires DOT/RCRA knowledge, OSHA/DOT screenings, and a minimum of one year in a leadership role. Expected travel and flexible hours are possible, with strong emphasis on safety and regulatory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related majors.
• 1 year of team leadership experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Must have reliable transportation and pass screenings including drug and background checks.
• Ability to lift 60 pounds and work overtime with flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead operations at a client site in the Brighton, MI area.
• Manage safety compliance and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Drive profitability of the client's hazardous waste and safety program.
• Coordinate staffing, onboarding, and training; ensure staff meet training standards.
• Oversee projects like lab cleanouts, decommissioning, and waste management.
