Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental is seeking a Program Manager to lead operations at a client site in the Brighton, MI area. You will manage safety compliance, oversee day-to-day operations, and drive profitability of the client’s hazardous waste and safety program.

The role reports to an Operations Manager and requires leading teams, coordinating training, and ensuring all regulatory requirements are met. On-site, full-time position with strong emphasis on safety and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related major.
• 1 year of team leadership experience.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Willing to consent to background checks and drug screening as part of employment.

Responsibilities

• Promote a strong safety culture; conduct STOP audits and report incidents.
• Oversee lab cleanouts, decommissioning, and waste management projects from scope to completion.
• Serve as primary client-site coordinator; manage staffing and operational needs.
• Ensure proper waste profiling, documentation, and compliance with DOT, RCRA, and client procedures.
• Provide mentorship, training, and career development to onsite staff.
• Monitor target hours, billing, and KPI performance to drive profitability.
