Job summary

Triumvirate Environmental in the Midwest seeks a Program Manager to lead client-site operations in Brighton, MI. You will oversee safety compliance, daily operations, and profitability of a hazardous waste and safety program while coordinating with the client’s team and our Operations Manager.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of leadership, strong knowledge of DOT/RCRA regulations, and experience in safety programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, Biology, or related major, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of DOT, RCRA and related regulations.
• OSHA/DOT physical examination completed.
• 1 year of team leadership experience.
• Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Promote safety culture and collaborate with site operations and EHS teams.
• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure client safety and compliance.
• Drive profitability of the client's hazardous waste and safety program.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, and staff development.
• Manage project coordination, scope, and client communications.
