Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or equivalent hands‑on experience. Current Mechanical Engineering students or related field able to work 20 - 30 hours per week will be considered.
• Interest or experience with CAD, machining, CNC programming, or machine shop operations such as milling, drilling, lathes, etc.
• Familiarity with HAAS CNC lathes is a plus
• Strong problem‑solving skills and willingness to learn
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and detail‑oriented

Responsibilities

• Contract assignment expected to last 6–12 months
