Job summary

The Boeing Company in Mesa, AZ is seeking an Entry-Level Electrical / Wire Harness Assembly Technician to fabricate, assemble and test wire harnesses and electrical panels on a 1st shift, onsite.

Candidates must meet basic qualifications: high school diploma or equivalent, experience with harness construction, and ability to read drawings and use shop tools; this role requires US Person for export control.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience constructing wire harnesses and panels by cutting, sorting, color-coding, measuring, stripping, crimping, soldering, and routing various lengths, types, and gauges of wire.
• Ability to work any shift and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate, assemble, modify, repair, test development, production and prototype wire harnesses and electrical assemblies.
• Interpret blueprints, sketches, specifications and written or verbal instructions.
• Maintain safety procedures and report unsafe conditions to supervision.
• Train new employees to complete work packages in electrical harness fabrication.
