Job summary

Qualifications

• BS/BA or equivalent degree in computer science or related field; 8+ years total experience
• 5+ years of enterprise server hardware repair and Linux system administration experience
• Data center experience with multi-technology environments and root-cause diagnosis
• Participation in on-call rotation for 24/7 support
• Ability to travel up to 30% in the United States and Canada

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex hardware and software issues in data centers.
• Manage and close cases in Salesforce; track repairs to root cause.
• Collaborate with customers and internal teams for effective support and outcomes.
• Lead projects, mentor junior staff, and share knowledge across the team.
• Attend weekly calls and deliver contracted tasks within the delivery cycle.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teams to resolve issues promptly.
