• Experience working with software vendors or professional services on structured implementation projects.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, cross-department coordination, and executive-level reporting.
• Ability to identify, quantify, and mitigate risks in large technical projects.

Aufgaben

• Enterprise platform upgrades: plan, execute, and deliver a major upgrade to a mission-critical system with multiple dependent applications.
• Data model transition oversight: coordinate SMEs through migration from legacy to modern data models with validation and documentation.
• System integration management: identify upstream/downstream impacts, maintain interface continuity, adjust workflows and APIs.
• Vendor coordination: act as primary liaison with software vendors and services teams; track deliverables and manage risks.
• Technical workstream leadership: oversee configuration, testing, deployment across data migration, environments, and validation.
• Change management: support adoption of new tools and data structures with training and communications.
• Risk & dependency tracking: maintain risk register, monitor cross-team dependencies, escalate issues.
• Testing & quality assurance: oversee functional and regression testing; validate new configurations and data structures.
• Documentation & reporting: produce schedules, status reports, decision logs, and migration docs.
