Overview:

Onsite (Main Campus) role supporting the ENT administrative team, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Serves as a primary point of contact for patients by answering calls, scheduling, rescheduling, and canceling appointments, coordinating surgeries, and providing resources and referrals to surgery centers. Works closely with other administrative staff and may occasionally support clinic operations. This position is primarily phone-based and requires strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills.

  • Schedules surgeries by coordinating with patients, physicians, and other medical staff.
