Job summary

Regal Rexnord is seeking an Engineering Supervisor to lead a team of 2–5 design and project engineers in the design, integration, and development of brake and clutch products. You will guide VAVE initiatives, oversee GD&T applications, and collaborate with manufacturing, R&D, and customers to define scope and requirements.

You will utilize 3D CAD tools, perform FEA analyses, and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in product or process development for industrial products.
• Hands-on approach to build, develop, and troubleshoot products and processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of 2–5 design and project engineers.
• Provide technical leadership within Design Engineering and cross‑functional teams.
• Manage technical ownership for the electro‑mechanical brake product portfolio and lead VAVE initiatives.
• Develop engineering drawings, apply GD&T, and support customer applications.
