Job summary

Yoh is seeking an Engineering Recruiter (onsite) in Santa Clara, CA to proactively source candidates for priority roles in a fast-paced semiconductor environment. Use LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SeekOut and other channels to build pipelines and present qualified profiles.

You will conduct initial screens, assess experience and compensation expectations, provide market intelligence, and collaborate with recruiters and HR partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition sourcing for capital equipment, semiconductor or advanced hardware.
• Experience sourcing technical talent including optical, mechanical and electrical roles.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM and sourcing platforms.
• Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment.

Engineering Recruiter (ONSITE)

needed for a contract opportunity with Yoh Staffing's client working in Santa Clara, CA

• Pay Rate: $45-53/hr
• ONSITE

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Proactively source candidates for priority roles using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SeekOut, user groups, industry events, employee referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for high-demand and evergreen roles.
• Use Boolean search, keyword optimization, and advanced sourcing techniques to identify passive talent.
• Conduct candidate outreach and initial phone screens to assess experience, skills, interest, and compensation expectations.
• Present qualified candidate profiles and summaries to recruiters and hiring managers.
• Provide market intelligence, talent-availability insights, and competitive landscape information.
• Partner closely with recruiters and HR partners on intake meetings, calibration discussions, and hiring team debriefs.
• Maintain timely and accurate information in ATS/CRM systems and leverage sourcing tools and automation platforms effectively.

Required:

• 5+ years of sourcing experience within Talent Acquisition, with direct exposure to capital equipment, semiconductor, or advanced hardware environments.
• Experience sourcing technical talent, including optical, mechanical, and electrical engineering, and process development roles.
• Proficiency with ATS/CRM systems and sourcing platforms.
• Strong Boolean search and advanced sourcing capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sourcing projects in a fast-paced environment.
