OMCO, a MacLean-Fogg Company, invites you to join as an Engineering Intern for a 10-week on-site program in Wickliffe, Ohio, starting May 25, 2027, with limited academic calendar flexibility.

You will work with engineers, operators, quality and maintenance teams on real manufacturing challenges, own a capstone project, and present results to facility leadership. Candidates should be pursuing engineering degrees and be eligible to work in the United States.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering or related field.
• Interest in applying engineering skills to manufacturing challenges.
• Willingness to work full time and on site for the full 10 week program.
• Authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Learn safety practices and follow required procedures in office and manufacturing areas.
• Work with engineers to define a project and develop practical solutions.
• Collect and analyze engineering or production data to identify opportunities and measure results.
• Use CAD, testing equipment, data analysis, root cause analysis, or lean techniques as needed.
• Contribute to improvements in safety, quality, productivity, or product performance.
• Document work, communicate progress, and incorporate feedback from the team.
• Present capstone project, findings, and recommendations to facility leadership.
