KARL STORZ Endoscopy - America is seeking an Onsite Endoscopic Specialist to support hospital teams, ensure instrument readiness, and assist with surgical procedures using KARL STORZ video towers and endoscopic equipment.

This hands-on, field-service role offers exposure to clinical environments, cross-team collaboration, and opportunities across sales, education, and field service within KARL STORZ. The position is onsite in a hospital setting, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in sterile processing, surgical technology, medical device support, healthcare services, sales, or other clinical environments is preferred.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills with ability to collaborate across departments.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities; able to prioritize duties.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and reporting tools.
• Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including lifting and moving equipment up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support to OR, Sterile Processing, and BioMed teams to ensure equipment availability and surgical readiness.
• Set up, inspect, and support KARL STORZ video towers, integrated systems, and endoscopic equipment used during procedures.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues in real time and coordinate repairs, replacements, or service exchanges.
• Transport, clean, sterilize, inspect, and prepare surgical instruments per hospital and regulatory standards.
• Monitor equipment performance, manage repair workflows, and maintain documentation on instrument status.
